We provide comprehensive structured training modules, but also expect self-motivation to learn independently. Some key responsibilities include:
- Working independently in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient trading.
- Overseeing inventory control, including receiving and merchandising.
- Maintaining compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards across all store areas.
- Monitoring sales, assisting in achieving performance targets, and implementing promotional activities.
- Acting as a Store Manager during their absence.
This is a full-time position requiring Australian work rights.
As a Store Leader, you can expect:
- A permanent full-time position.
- Paid full-time training, including a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
