Ambitious Leaders Wanted for Asset Management Excellence

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to spearhead our asset management initiatives. As a leader, you will be responsible for shaping the commercial and operational success of high-profile projects.

About the Role:

  • Operational Readiness & Project Integration: Lead operational readiness activities for new assets and systems. Coordinate integration across project phases to ensure continuity.
  • Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Prepare and review operational budgets and forecasts. Manage ongoing performance reporting for projects.
  • Contract Administration & Negotiation: Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
  • Asset Management Systems Expertise: Implement and maintain enterprise asset management systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an Operational Readiness Framework ensuring seamless handovers between departments.
  2. Manage pre-operations timelines and stakeholder alignment across project pipelines.
  3. Oversee operational agreements, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  4. Lead onboarding of new sites into key systems and update operational documentation.
  5. Build, coach, and align the asset management team across core workstreams.
  6. Liaise with internal teams and cross-functional units to support asset value, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  7. Maintain the Operational Risk Register and ensure accurate risk documentation.
