Client Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Officer to join our team at HOBAN. This part-time role, with the flexibility to go full-time, is ideal for someone with excellent administrative and data entry skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial administrative and client service support to ensure seamless service delivery to a wide range of clients.
  • Assist with client onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and task scheduling.
  • Manage tax compliance documents and ATO lodgements.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
  • Support the team with corporate secretarial duties and office administration tasks.
  • Answer client queries and manage document execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional services environment (e.g. accounting, consulting) preferred.
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Xero, Airtable, or similar platforms (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
