We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our merchandise strategy, driving business growth through innovative product development and effective inventory management. This individual will oversee the merchandising team, ensuring seamless operations and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic merchandise plans to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead and manage the planning and product teams to achieve business goals.
  • Analyse sales data and industry trends to inform merchandise decisions.
  • Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality products.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee critical path management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage stock ordering and forecasting to optimize inventory management.
Your Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Merchandising or a related field and 5+ years of experience in merchandise management. They should possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business strategies.
