Job Overview

The key objective of this role is to provide strategic leadership and vision to the Merchandise and Operations team in achieving high merchandising standards and maximizing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandise and promotional campaigns that drive sales growth and optimize inventory efficiency.
  • Lead, train and coach the Operations and Merchandise teams on processes and systems to ensure seamless execution and high productivity.
  • Ensure a high level of customer care conduct by demonstrating and coaching excellent customer service skills.
  • Drive business results through effective budgeting and stock management while maintaining compliance with loss prevention procedures.
