Enterprise Risk Management roles involve leading the implementation of risk frameworks within organisations. This position will oversee the development and execution of the Group ERM Framework, ensuring consistent application across business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement the ERM framework to ensure effective risk management practices are adopted across the organisation.
  • Establish core risk processes that meet Business as Usual standards.
  • Develop regular risk reports for senior management and the Risk & Compliance Committee.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of risk management best practice in financial services.
  • Experience in influencing Board/senior management stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Familiarity with regulation and legislation requirements.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Risk Management Expertise:
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • A strong track record of implementing successful risk management initiatives is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex risk information to non-technical stakeholders.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain regular risk reporting to inform senior management decision-making.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in risk management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the risk management framework.
