Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks to ensure strategic, functional and operational risks are managed to align with the Group's risk appetite.

  • Drive performance improvement through effective risk management practices.
  • Support the development and improvement of digital platforms as part of the risk framework including system governance and system reviews.
  • Facilitate and undertake risk assessments, develop risk profiles with appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively engage on risk management processes and concepts to reach the future state.
  • Influence change across a broad stakeholder group.
  • Deliver training and awareness initiatives to promote a risk-aware culture.

As Enterprise Risk Manager you will be responsible for maintaining enterprise risk management systems, to deliver processes, procedures and training programs that meet the agreed requirements of the Group and relevant regulatory requirements.

You will assist in the development of best-practice risk management policies to ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will improve reporting and oversight of risk management at all levels, refine and improve existing risk management processes and provide assurance that compliance mechanisms are in place.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications within risk, compliance or similar.
  • Significant experience in a similar environment and role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and interpreting legislation/regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of, and experience with, risk management standards and theory.
