
Talent Insights Specialist

The role we are seeking to fill is that of a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor. This position will be based in our offices and will work closely with various teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs, ensuring that our workforce is adequately resourced to meet the needs of our clients.
- Build relationships with local churches, community groups, and partner organizations, fostering a culture of collaboration and cooperation.
- Manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers, providing them with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention, ensuring that our workforce is stable and productive.
- Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions, helping us to make informed decisions about our operations.
- Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics, enabling us to measure our success and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition, driving innovation and excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics, demonstrating a strong understanding of the principles and practices of talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, able to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc), able to analyze complex data sets and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
