We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our culinary team. As a Demi Chef, you will play a key role in supporting exceptional service with outstanding hospitality for guests.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working as a Demi Chef, with effective leadership and communication skills, self-organisation, problem-solving, time management skills, delegation, and guidance.

Key responsibilities will include conducting food preparation and cooking duties, ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards, applying and monitoring food safety procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area.
