Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment. Grill experience is an advantage, and commercial cookery certification is essential. Additionally, experience with a food safety system such as HACCP is desirable.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop your skills and progress your culinary career. We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn new things. A can-do attitude and willingness to work a rotating roster including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays are required.
