We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Sea World Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

A Day in the Life:

  • Prepare and plate delicious meals for buffets, functions, and special guest requests.
  • Showcase your culinary skills in our à la carte and hot/cold larder sections.
  • Work closely with our expert Senior Chefs to bring recipes to life.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to continually develop your culinary skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand, or completion of a pre-vocational culinary course.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, safety procedures, and HACCP protocols.
