Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from donors and sponsors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize donor interactions to identify opportunities for further engagement and contribution.
  • Manage constituent records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process donations, manage sponsorships, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor experience and increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with database management software, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel throughout Australia, as needed.
