The Donor Relations Specialist is a critical role at Coptic Orphans, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting relationships with active sponsors and donors, communicating the organization's mission and work in a compelling and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests from donors and sponsors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize donor interactions to identify opportunities for further engagement and contribution.
- Manage constituent records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process donations, manage sponsorships, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor experience and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to support organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with database management software, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to travel throughout Australia, as needed.
