Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at Green by Nature.

This hands-on role involves performing landscape construction activities, such as turfing, paving rectification, and softscape installations, to create beautiful green spaces for our clients.

The successful candidate will participate in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Landscape Construction: Turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issues.
  • Softscape Installation: Planting trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications.
  • Site Preparation: Clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary.
  • Worksite Safety: Ensuring worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: In landscaping, horticulture, or related fields.
  • Knowledge and Skills: A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
  • Safety Commitment: A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
