Coptic Orphans is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of disadvantaged children in Egypt. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Donor Relations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors and sponsors.
  • Communicate the mission and work of Coptic Orphans, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage constituent records, update information, and follow up on required updates.
  • Maintain and update records in the Salesforce database.
  • Record donor and sponsor payments, update payment methods, and resolve declined donations.
  • Provide customer service, answer questions, and send necessary information.
  • Develop new ideas to enhance customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in fundraising or marketing.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with Arabic speaking a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to implement production processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, follow-up skills, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Experience with database or contact management software.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Persuasive, polished, and articulate communicator.
Travel Requirement:
  • Must be available for travel throughout Australia.
