Donor Relations Specialist

Coptic Orphans is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Donor Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and retain donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our Salesforce database, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient data management.
  • Process donations, manage sponsorships, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement donor engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of donor engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in database management software, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Travel Requirements:

Must be available for travel throughout Australia, as required.
