Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for the efficient management of facilities, including project coordination, asset management, maintenance planning, vendor and contractor management, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or related field, or equivalent experience in program/project management and facility coordination within commercial or infrastructure environments.The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CMMS/IWMS, project management software, and office tools.   • This is a full-time position.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management, or related field OR equivalent experience (3-5 years) in program/project management and facility coordination within commercial or infrastructure environments.
  • Proficiency with CMMS/IWMS, project management software, and office tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience reading and interpreting CAD drawings and technical specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, ISO).
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma/GMP practices.
