Key Responsibilities- Utilize your technical expertise in accounting and tax to deliver complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Prepare monthly management reports and construct logical and accurate working papers.
- Proactively manage the workflow of the team.
- Provide clarity of expectations and outcomes to team members.
- Delegate work and provide support and guidance to ensure team members have the skills to thrive in their roles.
- Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualification or certification.
- A warm and inclusive leadership style that brings out the best in your team, with proven experience in coaching and development.
- Experience working as a senior accountant in a professional services environment, preferably with exposure to corporate clients.
- Dynamism and flexibility in your approach.
- An eagerness to learn and be ambitious for yourself, your team, and the organization.
