Requirements:
  • A demonstrated Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work across rotating shifts including prep, lunch, and dinner service, as well as weekends and public holidays.
