Pizza Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our vibrant pizza restaurant.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality pizzas to our customers. You will work closely with our experienced chefs and restaurateurs to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

You will be required to have a strong understanding of HACCP principles and procedures, as well as experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of pizzas from dough to serving preferred
  • Consistency and quality across all products
  • Assisting in the planning of menus on a seasonal basis
  • Maintain all equipment in good order
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of workstation
  • Comply with WHS regulations, HACCP processes, and procedures regarding food safety

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in pizza making preferred
  • Ability to prepare dough preferred
  • Sound understanding of English
  • Ability to control stock
  • Good understanding of HACCP
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Ability to spin pizza dough preferred
  • Excellent personal presentation
