Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance tasks and providing a high level of customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned, reactive, and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' facilities
  • Performing all aspects of electrical maintenance tasks, including fault finding and repair
  • Responding to other general building maintenance tasks as required
  • Using your initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
  • Complying with health and safety policies and legislation
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Recognised apprenticeship or industry qualification in electrical maintenance
  • 18th edition qualified
  • City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in the facilities management or building maintenance industry
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
