Dynamic Onboarding Experience

Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience for new hires. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in fostering employee engagement and setting the foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all pre-employment paperwork, system access, and equipment setup are completed.
  • Monitor and track new hire progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.
  • Gather feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering onboarding programs in a large or fast-growing organisation and be available to commence immediately.
