  • Oversee the end-to-end right to work and background checking process for transferring employees.
  • Handle escalations related to right to work and background checks, including supporting people leaders and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of background check results and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Provide guidance and support to transferring employees throughout the onboarding process.
  • Assist employees in understanding and completing necessary documentation.
  • Address any concerns or questions employees may have regarding their background checks.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the background checking and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the People Stream Lead to implement process enhancements.
  • Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements related to background checks.
