Job Role:

This is a key administrative position within the delivery team of a market leader in modular construction.

The Project Administrator will provide comprehensive support to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day operations across three active sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract administration and site delivery coordination
  • Support with variations, claims, compliance records, and reporting
  • Maintenance of documentation and correspondence through Aconex and Navision
  • Liaison with clients, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
  • Tracking and meeting contract requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within construction
  • Experience with Aconex; knowledge of Navision an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
