Job Title: Modular Infrastructure Project Lead

Job Overview:

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex modular infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles, technical expertise in construction and infrastructure development, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with strategic objectives and industry standards.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide project execution and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for materials, equipment, and resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Engage with architects, engineers, and tradespeople to facilitate seamless collaboration and resolve any conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including local authorities, to obtain necessary approvals and inspections.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, to meet project deliverables and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant field, preferably with modular or prefabricated structures.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
