Modular Construction Asset Manager

This role puts you at the center of our operations, managing the full lifecycle of hire fleet assets from inspection to preparation, quality checks, and delivery.

  • Oversee the return-to-dispatch cycle of hire fleet assets including inspections, scoping, preparation, and quality checks.
  • Ensure on-time first-quality standards for customer deliveries and 60-day service calls.
  • Manage asset materials using a kanban system and track process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  • Strong literacy numeracy and computer literacy skills MS Office.
  • Proven ability to plan prioritize and motivate small teams in a safe and efficient manner.
