Key Responsibilities
  • Verify order completeness and address any discrepancies promptly
  • Clarify customer concerns and provide timely updates on order status
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP and EH&S standards
  • Collaborate with production specialists to optimize order fulfillment and meet customer expectations
  • Work closely with dispatch staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, dispatch, and account information
  • Assist in documenting customer complaint reports related to product, delivery, and service issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role or similar field is essential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information simply
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality deliverables
