We are seeking an experienced Power Systems professional to drive the development of significant energy transition infrastructure in Australia and Asia Pacific.
Your Role:- You will serve as a key advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients on resolving project challenges, developing technical requirements, and coordinating with experts.
- Responsibilities include managing project timelines, quality, and finances to meet deadlines and success criteria.
- As a power engineer, you will guide and review designs for large generator interconnections, ensuring knowledge of local networks, engineering principles, and electrical system studies.
- You will implement QA/QC procedures and stay up-to-date with relevant codes and standards.
- Building strong client relationships and communicating technical expertise effectively is essential to ensure projects align with client objectives.
- You will also assist with performance management and mentoring.
- In this role, you will lead business development and proposal efforts in Power Systems.
You will be part of an elite team of power system engineers delivering solutions for clients involved in renewable energy initiatives such as wind, solar, batteries, and waste-to-energy projects.

The key qualifications, skills, and capabilities include:
- An electrical engineering degree (B.Eng., BS, or MS) with Chartered Professional Engineer status preferred.

- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in large-scale renewables design or project development.
- Significant project experience, preferably in similar roles.

- Advanced knowledge of project development stages: siting, feasibility, conceptual design, FEED, procurement, and EPC delivery.
