Job Title: Head of Commercial Finance - Sourcing and Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to our Supply Chain and Sourcing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Supply Chain team to build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial inputs for the Medium-Term Integrated Business Plan.
  • Manage OFC costs and provide in-depth reporting and analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide financial leadership and commercial guidance for key Supply Chain and Sourcing strategic initiatives.
  • Embrace uncertainty and change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy, and optimism.
  • Create and foster an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive and feel included, respected, and safe.
Requirements:
  • Extensive finance business partnering experience, ideally within Supply Chain.
  • Experience within a Retail setting highly desirable.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical proficiency.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to view and assess the broader business landscape.
  • Advanced analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business insight.
  • Proficient in financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
