About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team at Country Road Group. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance across our retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with channel leaders to drive financial targets and provide strategic financial leadership
  • Lead the preparation, review, and benchmarking of channel P&Ls to deliver performance insights and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review and benchmark store P&L performance to identify opportunities for optimising store financial performance and developing action plans for improvement
  • Provide financial leadership and insights for retail, wholesale, and customer & digital projects and other financial analysis as required
Requirements
  • Extensive finance business partnering experience in a complex environment
  • Experience within a retail setting highly desirable
  • Strong numerical proficiency and expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models
  • Advanced analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong commercial acumen and business insight
  • Proficient in financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills
