We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance professional to join our team as Head of Commercial Finance - Sourcing and Supply Chain. This is a key role that will partner with the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Sourcing and Supply Officer to drive and support the achievement of supply chain and sourcing financial and strategic targets.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Supply Chain team to build OFC budgets, forecasts, and financial inputs for the Medium-Term Integrated Business Plan, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and efficiency targets.
- Manage OFC costs, providing Supply Chain stakeholders with in-depth reporting and analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide insights to drive cost efficiencies and unlock value creation initiatives across the supply chain.
- Provide financial leadership and commercial guidance for key Supply Chain and Sourcing strategic initiatives, including input into business case development and other financial analysis as required.
- Extensive finance business partnering experience, ideally within Supply Chain.
- Experience within a Retail setting highly desirable.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical proficiency.
- Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to view and assess the broader business landscape.
- Advanced analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and business insight.
- Proficient in financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
