The Opportunity: Business Development Director (Australia)As Business Development Director (BDD), reporting to Glow's CCO, you'll play a key role in Glow's commercial growth.
You'll be responsible for acquiring and growing strategic client relationships, building a robust pipeline, and achieving key revenue targets.
This is a senior role with influence across the Australian business, and an opportunity to help shape how Glow continues to grow in market.
What you'll be doing Own and manage key client and prospect relationships – acting as the primary point of contact Develop and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline aligned to growth targets Drive new business acquisition, including outbound prospecting, pitching, and converting strategic opportunities Build Glow's visibility in the Australian market through networking, brand building, and lead generation Represent Glow's capabilities, advising clients on how we can solve their specific research and insight challenges Contribute to strategic sales planning, forecasting and reporting as part of the Australian leadership team Collaborate closely with our delivery and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction Who you are A proven sales performer with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding business development and revenue goals A confident communicator and relationship builder with experience selling services, platforms, or solutions Experience in market research, data, insights, media, or related industries (7+ years)Strong commercial acumen and ability to consult with senior stakeholders across marketing, strategy, and consumer insight functions Comfortable managing multiple opportunities, priorities and relationships simultaneously Knowledge of the Australian consumer landscape, with a network across brands and/or agencies at senior level (GM and above is ideal)A team player with a collaborative mindset and optimistic outlook No recruiters or consultants please.
