Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of commercial fitout projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
  • Implement and enforce OH&S policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  • Approve subcontractor invoices and manage site finances
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term programming

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in site supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commercial fitout experience is essential
