Supporting Young People in Residential Care

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support children and young people in residential care settings. Our team is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and empathy, creating a safe and positive living environment for all.
- Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each young person.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young people, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in child or youth work, disability support, or a related field.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work across a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle, for transporting young people to appointments and activities.
