Mechanical Service Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced mechanical service technician to support our customers in the Hunter Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive advice and technical support to customers.
  • Ensure flawless start-up of development machines.
  • Support engineering teams with machine commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with product development teams for new equipment trials and documentation.
  • Coordinate field data collection for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
