Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Implementation Associate to join our team. As an Implementation Associate, you will be responsible for providing client onboarding and retention initiatives, such as modular training or data and design services.

You will work collaboratively with senior staff to assist in client deployments and provide data & design services to customers. This may include importing files and creating reports or output documents.

The role requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and questioning skills. Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred, and a good understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems is also essential.

About the Role

  • Provide client onboarding and retention initiatives

  • Work collaboratively with senior staff to assist in client deployments

  • Provide data & design services to customers

  • Facilitate modular feature-based training of Simpro Group's products

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and questioning skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite

  • A good understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems

  • The ability to keep up with regular product rollouts and maintain expert knowledge of the Simpro suite of products
