Residential Land Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned acquisitions expert to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in acquiring land and built-form residential sites, with strong expertise in deal structuring and feasibility analysis.

The successful individual will be responsible for sourcing off-market opportunities, negotiating with land owners, and preparing joint venture submissions. A strong understanding of the Queensland market is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Source and acquire off-market residential land and built-form sites
  • Negotiate acquisition opportunities directly with land owners
  • Prepare and submit joint venture proposals

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in acquisitions or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Queensland property market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
