About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Learning Partner to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality clinical learning programs.

The successful candidate will have a breadth of experience in a clinical environment, with deep expertise in a relevant specialisation. They will also have hospital education experience, including the development of learning content, administration of learning processes and managing a clinical curriculum.

Key responsibilities include defining the centralised clinical curriculum, developing learning pathways, reviewing current clinical mandatory training, designing prioritised clinical learning initiatives, and partnering with key stakeholders to develop career pathways programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related clinical discipline
  • A breadth of clinical knowledge and relevant specialisation
  • Experience in hospital education, including the development of learning content and administration of learning processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
