Job Summary

A pivotal role in enhancing learning experiences is available for a highly skilled and motivated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive learning programs through digital platforms, ensuring engaging content and relevant feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain technical expertise in best practices across capability and learning, innovations in learning technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic insights from experience and best practice, informing the development of a consistent learning framework for frontline staff.
  • Contribute knowledge, skills, and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational, and on-the-job learning initiatives.
  • Resolve customer enquiries related to learning programs and activities efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of capability and learning programs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute various communication strategies through diverse channels to engage different audiences, and participate as a presenter or member in industry forums and networks.
  • Manage and maintain the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity with demonstrated success.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS Act and its implications.
  • Experience working within the disability sector, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Independent decision-maker with a strong work ethic.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
