Key Responsibilities
  • Culture and maintain cell lines under sterile conditions (adherent and suspension cells).
  • Prepare media, buffers, and reagents for experiments.
  • Develop and validate cell-based assays (e.g., viability, cytotoxicity, reporter gene, proliferation, apoptosis, receptor binding).
  • Perform routine assays using techniques such as ELISA, luminescence, fluorescence, flow cytometry, and high-content imaging.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation using statistical and data visualization tools.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize culture conditions and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Conduct stability studies of biological molecules and chemical compounds.

Requirements
  • Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical, or other relevant biological discipline.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prioritization of workloads and ability to achieve desired outcomes under challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing requirements.
