The role of a Network and Server Operations Team Lead involves overseeing the delivery, integration, and sustainment of secure, high-performance ICT systems in support of mission planning capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians to maintain and evolve critical infrastructure, including physical servers, networking hardware, system configurations, and software environments.
  • Provide technical leadership across system imaging, security compliance, scripting, and data support while ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and operational requirements.
  • Manage performance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
  • Defence ICT environments (including Defence Protected Environment (DPE) and Defence Secret Environment (DSE))
  • MS Windows Imaging
  • MS Windows security
  • MS Windows Server Platforms
  • Technical/Admin level experience with client operating systems from MS Windows 10 – 11
  • MS Windows Office products
  • Software Scripting
  • Defence ICT Security Accreditation requirements
