ICT Programme Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead a portfolio of complex ICT business, application and technology projects. You will provide leadership, direction and governance while ensuring programs are delivered on time and in line with strategic objectives.
This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in enterprise-wide ICT change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams, including resourcing and performance management.
- Develop and maintain integrated program delivery plans.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Report on program performance to senior stakeholders.
- Engage and consult with stakeholders across the program lifecycle.
- Apply and monitor program/project methodologies aligned with policies.
Skills & Experience
Mandatory:
- Demonstrated experience leading ICT projects.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience delivering ICT projects in large, complex organisations.
- Proven success managing enterprise-wide ICT change initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Information Technology.
