Job Title: Leasing Financial Manager

Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking an experienced leasing financial manager to oversee the financial aspects of our commercial leasing arrangements. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a demanding workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial aspects of commercial leasing arrangements across the company.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and verify lease terms and uphold conditions of lease agreements.
  • Support the Management Accounting team in completing month-end close and assist key stakeholders with decision-making.
  • Analyse monthly results and liaise with various stakeholders to identify favourable and unfavourable variances against forecast.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, including management, landlords, boards, and shareholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in lease administration software.
  • Ability to review leases and extract critical information regarding landlord/tenant responsibilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, including intermediate excel.
  • Technical or functional expertise, including excellent numeracy skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
