Front Desk Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced front desk operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our front office team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check-in and during guests' stays
• Manage loyalty programs and affiliated initiatives
• Distribute guest comment cards to relevant departments and respond to guests as required
• Assist with people planning requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of property management systems
• Flexibility in terms of availability, including evenings and weekends
