Job Title

A Software Development Manager role is available for a highly skilled professional to lead a cross-functional team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, business analysts, test analysts, and a delivery manager to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, track progress on individual objectives, and support career growth and professional development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture that encourages accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Align with other Development Managers to ensure consistent practices, shared learning, and coordinated improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a software development leadership role, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on technical experience with .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Power BI, Microsoft Windows Server, and Internet Information Services (IIS).
