Job Opportunity

We are searching for a leader to oversee the delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will cultivate a positive work environment that fosters productivity and collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a culture that supports long-term success
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Team Leads to ensure delivery projects meet standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software project delivery or adjacent areas such as Product Ownership, QA, Digital Production
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery frameworks and product discovery
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software projects in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
