Space Planner Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Space Planner Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the macro space and ongoing store change requests, building strong working relationships with varied stakeholders, and ensuring all floor plan milestone dates are met in line with the business schedule.
About the RoleThis is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity where you will report into the Floor Planning Manager. Your primary focus will be on delivering customer-centric, commercially, and operationally efficient floor plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the macro space and ongoing store change requests to ensure seamless integration of new products and promotions.
- Building strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing professionals, and operational staff.
- Ensuring all floor plan milestone dates are met, aligning with the business schedule to maintain efficiency and productivity.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working in a retail or fast-paced FMCG environment. Your excellent problem-solving, analytical, numeracy, and written skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects with a key focus on timeline delivery.
You will also need to possess the ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, as well as an in-depth knowledge of product relationships and interdependencies within a store. A proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment is essential, along with the capacity to transition between tasks seamlessly.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
