Casual Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Casual Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts and gain exposure to all aspects of product marketing.

This is a casual role requiring approximately 2-3 days per week, with flexibility in the specific hours worked week to week. As a Casual Marketing Associate, you will work closely with Product Managers, learning the scope of marketing in med tech.

  • Support annual marketing plans by planning customer dinners and roadshows, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Contribute to projects that drive real business outcomes by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Be part of product launch teams, creating collateral and managing setup for new products.
  • Work with operation partners to coordinate implant and instrument kits.
  • Demand planning for portfolios, understanding feedback from the field and providing market insights.
Requirements
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A passion for Orthopaedics and Arthroplasty, healthcare, and improving patient outcomes.
  • A curious, driven learner who's eager to grow and make an impact.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
