About YouWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker who shares our passion for improving outcomes and supporting patients to achieve their functional goals. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, genuine empathy, enthusiasm, and flexibility, as well as a commitment to providing safe, compassionate, person-centred care in every interaction.
RequirementsTo thrive in this role, you will need to hold a minimum bachelor degree in social work, which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by us. You will also require an unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and the ability to visit clients in their home across the Lower Mid North Coast of NSW.
