Personal Support Specialist

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, helping them maintain independence and live fulfilling lives.

You'll work closely with our participants to understand their goals, preferences, and challenges, providing tailored support to help them achieve their aspirations.

Your day may include accompanying participants on outings, assisting with daily tasks, and facilitating engaging activities that promote social interaction and personal growth.

What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
