Job Title: Nursing Professional

About the Role
  • Assess and plan individualised patient care for patients with complex needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based care to clients requiring holistic support services.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Act as a role model and clinical resource, supporting and guiding peers and junior staff members.
  • Contribute to service development, patient care planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, individualised patient care to clients requiring specialised support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care delivery.
  • Act as a role model and clinical resource, supporting and guiding colleagues and junior staff members.
  • Contribute to service development, patient care planning, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
About You
  • Be a registered nurse with post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of specialty.
  • Have at least 3 years post-registration experience within the clinical area of specialty.
  • Be eligible to drive in NSW and willing to travel for work purposes.

  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
